Can I find the Kosher HamTM brand in retail stores?
Yes.
We have a lot of pride in our brand and love working with retailers and
boutiques that share our similar independence and passion. We gladly
accept inquiries. If you are interested in selling the same threads

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
How are products shipped?
All
orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please allow 7-15
days for domestic shipping. All domestic shipments use USPS
rates of $5.99 regardless of quantity purchased.
What size should I order?
All Kosher HamTM
shirts are printed on American Apparel blanks. American Apparel shirts
are the softest, smoothest, best-looking T-shirts available anywhere.
They are made of 100% Fine Jersey cotton, combed for softness and
comfort. They are cut to be a bit more fitted than the standard
T-shirt. If this is for a gift, since they shrink in the wash and run
more form-fitting than most tees, we recommend ordering one size up or
don't put them in the dryer.

Do you accept returns?
If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective please contact us at support@kosherham.com
with your order number and specifics of the problem, and we will take
care of it for you. We do accept exchanges. To avoid the exchange
process, we recommend looking at the sizing chart above. Please note
that American Apparel tees are more form-fitting than most t-shirt
companies simply because the product is far superior. In essence,
American Apparel runs a little tighter than the typical brand. If the
size you ordered is too big, or if you don't want to go through the
exchange process the shirt will shrink 1 full size if you wash it
in hot water and dry it all the way at a high-heat setting. However,
please note that we do not accept worn or washed merchandise. You have
30-days to exchange the unworn merchandise along w/ a $5.00 re-stocking
fee per shirt and $5.00 to ship the new items.

Do your shirts ever go on backorder?
It
is possible that a design or specific color/size is out of stock.
Don't worry, we replenish everything quicker than your grandmother can
whip-up a delectable quiche. We will send you an email notifying you
of the situation immediately.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely.
You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there.
If you are not able to find it there you can email support@kosherham.com, and we will confirm whether your order has been placed, processed, or shipped.
What color choices do I have?
All of our color combos are straight from the mad scientists at
American Apparel. We offer: white, gold, pink, heather grey (a light
gray), slate (a darker gray w/ purple hues), mint (blueish-green),
grass (medium to dark green), gold, and baby blue (light blue). PMS
and CMYK colors are available upon request and are listed on the
American Apparel website. If you'd like to see any of our designs offered on alternative colors, please email us at support@kosherham.com.
